Dr. Marie Jenny is a Swiss qualified Attorney-at-Law specializing in corporate law, public and private M&A, capital markets, corporate governance, and works as Legal Counsel at the Swiss Takeover Board. Prior to joining the Swiss Takeover Board, she practiced at Zurich and Geneva-based leading Swiss business law firms. She holds a law degree and a doctorate from the University of Geneva, both summa cum laude, as well as an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, which she also attended as a visiting researcher. Dr. Marie Jenny has authored various publications in her areas of research interests.
